This exhibition showcases Noritaka Tatehana’s archive pieces and the latest collection, made to order. Noritaka Tatehana was born in Japan in 1985 and majored in art at university. He was self educated and began making his own creations, including shoes and garments, when he was 15. “Today remarks only today, I’d like to focus my intention on this present, to create things that this very moment brings up to me.”

L’exposition presente des pieces d’archives et la derniere collection (sur commande) de Noritaka Tatehana. Noritaka Tatehana est ne au Japan en 1985. Autodidacte, Il a cree ses propres modeles a 15 ans, y compris chaussures et accessories. Il a etudie l’art a l’universite. “Aujourd’hui reflete seulement aujourd’hui, je voudrais me concentrer sur le present, creer des choses que ce moment meme m’apporte.” Il n’y a pas de mot plus parfait pour definir les chaussures de Tatehana. Avec le flux du temps transitoire, il se reticent jusqu’a la derniere minute, jette une idée qui est inexolicable. Elle devient une forme et c’est a ce moment-la que la seule et unique creation est la meilleure. Les chaussures de Noritaka ouvrent les portes vers une nouvelle dimension, qui vous entrainent vers une frontiere inconnue, C’est entre vos mains que demeure le nouveau commencement final de votre proper chemin.

I’ll be bringing my piece under the hammer this Friday, ”Art & Fashion Charity Auction” organized by Le Baron de Paris in Tokyo, Minami Aoyama.

Le Baron de Paris is definitely one of a kind to all of us, composes Tokyo’s fashionable night scenes by stimulating interpretations.

I believe this charity auction event will also do to extend our support by multitudes of artists and fashion brands, reaches to affected areas and proceed to a path toward recovery.

For this time, NORITAKA TATEHANA will entry a piece titled “Toe”.
